Hi Everyone,
We are excited to be preparing for the upcoming mission trip to the Dominican Republic in January, and wanted to share some opportunities with you!
We will be collecting items outside the Dollar Tree in Greensburg on 10/8, 10/9, 10/15, and 10/16 to assist with filling bags with school supplies, hygiene items, and small toys/candy to give to the children that we be visiting while there. Please sign-up if you would like to participate! Below, there is a link that includes all of the items we need for the bags and VBS supplies. If anyone would feel led to donate or collect some of these items at your churches, workplace, etc., that would be amazing! Also, if interested, you can sign up below to help pack the bags on 12/2 at Norwin Alliance Church.
Finally, we are having a “Painting with a Cause” and Bake Sale fundraiser on 11/5 (with an RSVP date of 10/22.) This is such a fun event for all ages. All proceeds will be used for providing VBS supplies and food for families in multiple neighborhoods, where they will also be given the gospel message when they come to receive their food. If you would like to paint, bake, or volunteer that day, please see the links below for more details.
Please be in prayer for these events, collections, our team, and especially the people of the Dominican Republic, and that everything we do would be a reflection of God’s love.
